Korea's Growth Complex
In the article, Korea’s Growth Complex, parents in Korea really want their children to be tall. The parents of the children in Korea, thought that you should be tall in order to make it in life. However, there are many short successful people in the world such as Olympic gymnastics champion Shawn Johnson. On the other hand, Korean’s used to value what they saw as grittiness and determination in shorter people. Nonetheless, I totally disagree with the parents who think their child should be tall. In addition, I think it Is feeble that the parents don’t like the children’s natural height. Also, with using the stretching machine early in a child’s life, could probably lead to health problems in the future.
Veterans
Veterans shouldn’t just be honored on Veterans Day, they should be honored everyday. Veterans did so much for our country. They gave us liberty and safety for you and your families. Americans don’t honor these veterans as much as they should. Therefore veterans must be honored everyday.
Veterans who were in the war risked or even lost their lives for our security. Some of them gave up seeing their family’s everyday so we can keep ours. In reality they only do it for the peace and happiness for our country. However, these veterans are only honored annually. It’s just unfair that we would only spend a day honoring the people who fought and probably lost their lives for our country.
Veterans must be honored everyday. The next time you see a veteran let them know how much you appreciate what they did for our country.

Why Bin Laden Isn't Worth Worrying About
In the article, Why Bin Laden Isn’t Worth Worrying About, Robert Baer talks about how people shouldn’t worry about Bin Laden attacking the US again. Bin Laden was recently responsible for the Christmas bombing of a North West airliner, but again he was unsuccessful with the bombing. In addition, Robert Baer, thinks that with all the unsuccessful bombing al-Qaeda’s has done and how they left Afghanistan and Pakistan a mess with the hotel bombings, that it is clearer to the world that it is about time to get over Bin Laden and to start dealing with more serious problems of the world; such as Haiti’s 7.0 earthquake. However, I disagree with Robert, because I think we should all worry about Bin Laden attacking because usually it has to deal with someone’s life being at stake and that is very valuable my eyes.

Spontaneous Generation Proved Wrong
Do you ever wonder if living organisms can produce from nonliving matter in the blink of an eye? In the year of 1668, many people believed that exact same thing could happen to produce living organisms. However, that scientific theory was later proved wrong in 1859.
In the 1600’s through the 1800’s, a scientist created a experiment to produce mice. That experiment was to place a slightly dirty shirt and a few wheat grains in an open pot. Then you wait three weeks for this experiment to become successful. Did this experiment work? Absolutely! But how is the question? Spontaneous generation is the supposed development of living organisms from non living matter, but is that the real reason why the mice were produced in the open pot with a dirty shirt and wheat grains in it?
The answer to mice producing in the pot wouldn’t be logical to scientists if the blame was spontaneous generation. Because spontaneous generation produces living organisms from nonliving matter it wouldn’t be the answer. Mice are attracted to unclean things. Which would make them attracted to the shirt since it was not clean. However there just wasn’t a dirty shirt in the pot, there was also a few of wheat grains in there to, which mice love to eat. For the experiment to work, mice were just attracted to the pot and decided to burrow into the shirt and produce baby mice, including themselves to. Therefore spontaneous generation was not the answer to the mice developing in the pot.
Spontaneous generation was shortly proved incorrect in 1859. Now that you have wondered about spontaneous generation, you also know the facts about it too. Not any living thing can produce by itself with nonliving matter.

The Girl Who Loved to Dance
Once there was a girl who loved to dance! She liked all kinds of dancing but her favorite was hip-hop. She loved dancing so much that she danced every time she heard music. This girl was on the dance team at her school as well. She would sometimes make the routines that they performed in front of the school at basketball games. And of course many of those routines were hip-hop. She was the best dancer on the team and somewhat lead the team with the coach. The girl was in dance all through middle school and high school and decided to major in dance in college. Many schools wanted her to attend their college but she determined to go to UWM. When she graduated from college a number of producers wanted her to be in singers videos. After all those videos she became a famous dancer and singer because she always adored singing. Then she moved to Hawaii and got married and lived a happy and healthy life! :]

Iron Man 2
Over the weekend I saw the new movie “Iron Man 2”. If you love a movie loaded with action this movie is absolutely for you! “Iron Man 2” is not only a action movie, it also filled with comedy. Robert Downey who plays Tony Stark/Iron Man, is a natural humorous guy. Every line he says in the movie has a twist of funniness. Such as when he brings his CEO, Pepper, a box of strawberries to her office when she is very angry at Tony, and he forgets that Pepper has only one thing on earth that she is allergic to which is strawberries. Then he chucks the strawberries into the little trash can where none of the strawberries make it into the can. This movie has a lot of action with a twist of humor which is a great mixture for me. Is it for you? If so go and see “Iron Man 2”.

Dysentery Disease
I was rushed into the dysentery unit of the Richmond’s Chimborazo Hospital where twenty percent of all patients suffered from dysentery disease. Dysentery is a disease that kills the intestines with bacteria and parasites. The symptoms of dysentery disease are vomiting blood, fever, and severe abdominal pains, which were all the symptoms I had. The doctor plopped me onto the hospital bed. On one side of me was a man who looked horribly ill and on the other side there was a pitiable old woman who looked much worse.
The dysentery unit was awful, left to right there were people moaning and groaning with stomach pains. I vomited blood four times so far with the infection, the old lady next to me also vomits right in front of my eyes. Doctor Cedric talked about how during the first eighteen months of the historic Civil War, twenty-five percent of the sick Confederate soldiers of the Mississippi River suffered of dysentery disease. He also said that from November 1861 to October 1862 in South Carolina, soldiers endured 12,000 cases of dysentery.
Doctor Cedric gave me a concoction of castor oil assorted with opium, which was said to cure dysentery disease. I guzzled down the horrid, tasting concoction and tried to rest. However, it was impossible to rest in a putrid smelling place such as this, therefore I was forced to stay awake. The man next to me had to get a sponge bath because earlier in the morning he had vomited and had an accident in his hospital bed.
Unfortunately, the woman next to me had to be transported into another room because the infection was taking over her whole body which was very fatal. The man next to me was also getting worse and worse, soon he also had to be transported to another room. I overheard Doctor Cedric stating to a nurse that Ms. Scott has passed away due to dysentery disease which was the lady who suffered next to me. I prayed to God that I wouldn’t have to suffer the way she did.
I slowly became better and better. As soon as I knew it, I was out of the putrid dysentery unit. Free from all disappointment and negativity. What a dreadful experience!

The Girl That Stank
Once upon a time there was a girl that stank very, very bad. When she tried to make conversation with the children at school they all ran away in fright. When she asked her teachers questions they had to stand exactly six feet away or else their eyes will burn and water, same with her parents. Also half of the people this girl meet all vomited because of her intensely, physically powerful, disgusting odor. Because the girl was such a social butterfly, she talked to many people, and all those people vomited. The world vomited so much that the government ran out of ways of cleaning it up. Therefore, all the plants and grass died of all the acid of the vomit. That lead to the world not being able to eat cookies. CAN YOU IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT COOKIES! No, no one can. When the girl realized how bad she stank, and that she couldn’t live in a world with no cookies, she decided to try to change her odor. Therefore she bathed in Febreez. It worked, the Febreez worked! The next day she went to school normally and the children ran away in panic, but then came back in delight of her new odor! The vomit all around the world slowly started to disintegrate. And yes, THE WORLD WAS ABLE TO EAT COOKIES AGAIN!
This story was to all the people in the world that stink. Take showers regularly so people won’t fill the Earth with vomit, because if we don’t…WE WONT HAVE COOKIES! :]

Dreadful Day
It’s a perfect sixty-five degree morning, but you don’t know that is it going to be the absolute worst day of your life! First your bus driver skips you at your stop because he is an inconsiderate jerk. Then you have your first argument with your best friend. Thirdly, you get your preterit vs. imperfect Spanish test back and yes, you failed. You think if your day can get any worse; it just did! Your mother emails your school email address and states that your gold fish Mambo died today. Also she says that she already flushed Mambo down the toilet to handle all the pain that you would have had if you witnessed the flushing of your gold fish. You get so angry that you screech “Why?” in Physical Science class. You teacher lectures you about unnecessary noises. If he only knew.

Michael Jackson Concert
You leave school five hours early for the once in a lifetime experience. The secretary is also excited for you and your friend who are going to the concert. Your mother blows her obnoxious horn to let you know that she is here, then you and your friend sprint and scurry into the car. The car accelerates out the school parking lot. You and your friend have on your black and gold Michael Jackson shirt that you purchased from a kiosk at May Fair Mall. After the two hour drive to Chicago, Illinois you find a parking spot in a highly populated street. Your mother, friend and you dash to the line filled with Michael Jackson fans. After your thirty minute wait in the line, you finally get into the arena where Michael was going to perform. You and your friend have a spazz attack and can’t even believe that you are finally there, right in front of the stage where Michael was going to perform. Your mother was sure to get first row seating for all of you, and especially for her. She is also a very huge fan of Michaels.
After ten minutes, the best entertainer, singer, and dancer there ever was, comes out of the curtains and the crowd goes wilder than ever! He had his Billie Jean outfit on with his brief case and hat. Michael walks to his stool and sets his brief case on the stool, opens it and takes out his legendary white glove. Spotlight shines incredibly bright on Michael while he adjusts his white glittery glove. The Billie Jean beat comes on and Michael does his signature move, however his moves look fresh every single time. Your friend starts crying with excitement! You also start crying while your mother horribly imitates Michael’s moves. You look around and you see thousands of people in the arena. You think this is going to be a long, ecstatic, breath taking night!

The Open Window
“Goodnight mom!” Aaron yelled.
“Goodnight honey! Oh, and make sure to close and lock your window before you go to bed!” Aarons mother reminded him.
“I know, I know.” Aaron said sarcastically.
As soon as Aaron got into his room he disobediently plumped onto his bed and started texting his distracting friends throughout all the night. And yeah, you guessed it he forgot to close his window. Like always Aaron fell asleep at 11:30, knowing that he should have been asleep two hours ago. All of a sudden, when Aaron was sleeping, there was a quiet thud on the glass window in his room. Before anyone knew it there was a tall man in the corner of his room, waiting for a sign that he was a awake.
Thirty minutes pass and the tall man’s shadow was still in the corner of Aarons room. He decided to make a gesture to try to wake Aaron up, and as loud as it was he did.
“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!” Aaron screeched like a little girl, while he fell of his top bunk bed. “G-get away from me, NOW! O-or I will call the cops! R-really I have done it before!”
The tall man came closer and closer to Aaron’s bunk bed.
“Get away from me! DAD!” Aaron tried calling his father but he obviously didn’t hear him.
Aaron immediately thought he was going to be kidnapped or killed. But then out of nowhere.
“Hahahahahahaha! You’re so gullible. I think next time you will listen to your mother when she tells you to close and lock your bedroom window, huh?”
It was Aarons father trying to teach him a lesson.
“Are you crazy? It’s four o’clock in the morning! Dad, I could have called the police on you! And then you would have had to pay the fine!” Aaron complained.
“Whatever. Go to bed.” Aaron’s father said as he snickered out of the room.
Unpredictably, Aaron woke up from his dream out of breath. He quickly looked at his window and saw that it was open. Aaron scurried to the window then closed and locked it.
“Ah, it was just a dream.” Aaron sighed in relief.
Then he turned around trying to walk back to his bed. But, there it was a shadow of a tall man in the corner.
“MUAAAWAAAHAHAHA!”

The Lottery
It’s a beautiful sunny, June day, the whole town is gathered in Village Square, nervously awaiting for the announcement of who is going to win the lottery. However, the lottery is not what the reader may think it is. The short story, “The Lottery” by Shirley Jackson, has a very ironic plotline.
In an ironic mode of literature, there must be a sense of chaos to begin the plotline. When the lottery is about to begin, a gigantic crowd forms and the women of the village start to gossip about the lottery. Also young boys collected stones from the ground for stoning the winner of the lottery followed by finding their families. Consequently that is the sense of chaos in the story. After the sense of chaos there will come the major conflict, which is when everyone from the village drew the paper from the black box, while holding on to it apprehensively and quietly. Then the major conflict leads to the loss of sanity. While Tessie’s family is at the village square waiting for the lottery to be done, Tessie pretends to be late by doing all of her work at home such as cleaning dishes first. Another reason why this short story is ironic is because, when Tessie’s husband drew a paper from the black box, she complains that it wasn’t fair because he didn’t have enough time to pick. In addition the reason why Tessie tried to stall the lottery by complaining is because she didn’t understand their carrying on with the tradition, and wanted to change it. Like all ironic stories either have a loss of death or sanity. Tessie is the one who drew the winning card was stoned to death by the villagers.
In the short story “The Lottery” there are many symbols. One symbol is the man who appeared to be Mr. Summers. His last name sounds like he would be a kind and positive man, but in reality he represents the devil. There are many reasons of how he could be the devil. The first reason is that the story said he ran the Halloween program, and the teenage club. However teenagers make the most mistakes in this time period, which could make Mr. Summers responsible for the mistakes since he runs the teenage club. Also he runs the Halloween program. Some people do not commemorate on Halloween because they believe that it associates with the devil which makes Mr. Summers perfect for the job. The last reason why Mr. Summers could be the devil is because he delivers the death sentence for the lottery. Therefore an additional symbol is Mr. Graves and Mrs. Graves. Mr. Graves prepares the slips of paper with Mr. Summers. Then Mrs. Graves tells Tessie to be a good sport when she complains about her husband not having enough time to pick a paper. However, who would be a good sport to a situation of dying? In an actual fact no one would be a good sport. Therefore Mr. Graves and Mrs. Graves could represent Mr. Summers's demons.
The mode of literature of the short story “The Lottery” by Shirley Jackson is an irony. There are also many hidden symbols in the story. Although the weather was beautiful on June 27th, the lottery day was a very sad and depressing day for the village.

The Third Wish
Imagine you save a struggling swan in a bush. When you finally extricate the swan from the thorny bush, you plop it into the most beautiful river that anyone has ever seen. A couple minutes later, there appears to be a fairly small man dressed in all green with a long beard and a gold crown. Since you saved the astounding swan, the man says that you may accept a reward, and you ask for three wishes; no more or no less. Your first wish is to have a wife as beautiful as the forest. Later on your wish comes true. However, your wife became very unhappy and you figure out that she was the swan that you saved from the bush. You know that she is unhappy because she misses being with her sister as a swan. As caring as you are, you use your second wish to turn her back into a swan even though she wished to stay with you. In the short story “The Third Wish” by Joan Aiken, Mr. Peters was a very considerate man.
In “The Third Wish”, the main character is Mr. Peters. Mr. Peters’ first wish was to have a wife as beautiful as the forest. Later on in their marriage, Mr. Peters frequently would find his wife Leita, at the river with another swan which was her sister Rhea. One day Mr. Peters found his wife laying in bed crying her sisters name while asleep; Mr. Peters knew that he had to turn her back into a swan with his second wish he had. Therefore, Mr. Peters turned his wife back into a swan. That action that he made automatically showed what kind of person Mr. Peters was which was a loving, unselfish and very considerate for other people. The man didn’t have to turn his wife back into a swan, and she also wanted to stay with him. After he did, Lieta was happy again. However, she still loved her husband.
Mr. Peters was unselfish and caring. We should all be like Mr. Peters and be willing to give up something very special for something that will be worthwhile.

100 Meter Dash
Your heart starts beating rapidly while needles of nervousness start pinning you. Everyone sitting on the school bleachers are gazing at you. The gun man explains the directions to the dash as you fantasize of winning the race. Your opponents questionably stare at you thinking who’s going to win. Then you glance at the most muscular girl out of all eight of the opponents. She looks very nervous ,but at the same time she looks very focused on the track, and to stay in her lane.
Everyone gets in their position to start the race, while you realize the gun man is getting on his pedestal. You absolutely know that the race is about to begin. Thus, you get in your last minute position and you hear the gun man say, “Five, four, three, two, BANG!” There goes the starter gun. Before you know it, you sprint ahead of all your opponents even the most well-built girl. Then out of the corner of your eye you see her sprinting as hard as she can and is slowly catching up to you . However, Coach Hansen, your track coach appears in your conscience telling you that you shouldn’t be looking for anyone who is catching up to you. Your conscience is also telling you to just RUN!
Now you are only 2 meters away from the finish line. You notice that there is a ribbon that you are supposed to run thru in order to win the race. Your still in front of everybody. Faintly you hear your teammate screeching your name and this makes you go even more faster. Early enough, you have broke the ribbon in two and you are gleaming with glory as you slow down to catch your breath. Your teammates dash to you and congratulate you for winning the biggest race of the state track meet. Suddenly you see your parents pacing to you with a bouquet of red roses. You receive the flowers hug your parents, and thank everyone who congratulated you.
You realize that your very thirsty and run to the bleachers and take a sip of your Berry Propel water. Then you hear the announcer announce your name, place and time of the 100 meter dash. Your teammates scream for you again and again. You realize that your time was amazing and the announcer calls you to the award table. You accept the largest trophy on the table and once again your teammates cheer for you. You realize that your practice sprints at home have paid off. After the state track meet, your parents drive you home and you slowly fall asleep waiting to reach home from Madison, Wisconsin. As you fall asleep you dream about the 100 meter dash you just won and how good you felt about yourself.

Godfather Death
Usually parents select close friends or family for their children’s godparents. However, in the short story “Godfather Death” the poor overwhelmed man traveled on the street and gave his thirteenth child to a man he didn’t even know, and that man’s name was Death. As a result, the doctor was never in control of his life and death.
Because the doctor couldn’t direct his life and death, it was an ironic story. This story was unrealistic since the father of the thirteenth child found a godfather on the street who was Death. From the chaotic beginning the boy could not make his decisions. When the doctor uses his relationship with his godfather to let someone live, Death gets very angry. The second time the doctor tries to cheat Death, he had to pay his life which is the death of the ironic plot line. Also in an ironic story the good is weak. In “Godfather Death” the doctor tried to save the king and his daughter but Death was still stronger. Therefore the boy died.
In life everyone learns lessons, and has second chances. However, in the story “Godfather Death” the doctor only got one chance. When he made his second mistake he saved the king’s daughter and in result died for that. People should recognize life isn’t always fair and some choices are bad to make. Hence, some of the choices we make may lead to death.
The characteristics of the story “Godfather Death” lead to an ironic mode of literature. The godchild was not in control of his life and he ended in a tragic death.

The Dead Men's Path
There are some people in the world who use their power well such as Martin Luther King Jr. However then there are some who abuse their power like Adolf Hitler. Obi the main character in, "The Dead Men’s Path", was somewhat like Hitler because he also abused his power of Head Master. Therefore, when Obi refused to unblock the path the villagers had used for centuries, he failed at his position.
The mode that "The Dead Men’s Path" fits best is tragedy. The problem in the story is when Obi was trying to get everything in order for the school that he was going to master. He had to fix up the outside courtyard, where the sacred path was, and he had to get kids to go to his school. The rise to power was when the Head Master, Obi, got the school set up fancy for the supervisor to come and evaluate the school. The tragic flaw to the story is when Obi thought that the sacred path was not important. He also thought the old dead men’s path was old fashioned, and needed the villagers to change their beliefs because he built the school on some of the area of the path. The fall of the story is when the priest told him that the path was here before he and his father were born and it was very important to the villagers. Therefore the villagers destroyed everything in the school yard leaving everything in chaos. The people destroyed the yard because it was blocking the path which led to the burial place of the town. The loss of power is when Obi loses his position of Head Master of the school. He lost his position because when the supervisor evaluated the school he saw the destroyed area of the school and immediately fired Obi.
Within this tragedy, there will absolutely be a lesson to the story. When Obi built the school right by the path and blocked it, this made the town’s people very angry. Obi actually thought that the path wasn’t important at all and he didn’t acknowledge the people’s beliefs. Then when the priest came and talked to Obi he explained that the path was very old, important and he couldn’t block the path because it led to the burial place of many loved ones. However Obi did not listen to the priest’s lecture which resulted in the towns people destroying the school yard that blocked the path. Therefore you cannot force people to change their beliefs.
When Obi denied the villagers access to the path, his job ended tragically, just as Adolf Hitler’s ended. Therefore, Obi was too young to handle his job and position as Head Master and in result lost his power. We should all be like Martin Luther King Jr. and never take advantage of our power.

The Tell Tale Heart
During Edgar Allan Poe's life, he experienced many tragedies. In the story, The Tell Tale Heart, by Edgar Allan Poe, there are many unusual, well thought, and hidden symbols. Those exact symbols could mean a thousand things.
One symbol that is hidden in The Tell Tale Heart, is the death watch beetles. In the beginning when the insane man attempted to murder the old man lying in the bed, the old man was startled by a small movement and noise in the darkness of his bedroom. Therefore the insane man had to stay still until he returned to sleep. While he was against the wall waiting he heard death watch beetles clicking in the walls. Some people believe that when death watch beetles start to click around you, that they’re counting how many more seconds you’re going to live. Death watch beetles in the wall represent foreshadowing the old man’s death because later in the story the insane man will kill him.
Another symbol in the story is the dark lantern. The insane man would creep into the old man’s bedroom everyday and used the dark lantern to see if the old man’s vulture eye is open. Thus the dark lantern represents bad events that are going to occur, because when the insane man used the lantern which was the beginning of the attempt to kill the old man.
In The Tell Tale Heart, there are not only realistic symbols but there are also super natural symbols. One of those symbols is the old man’s vulture eye. The insane man felt that the old that the old man’s vulture eye would always stare upon him. Therefore the insane man’s mission was to destroy the old man’s eye. Hence, the vultures eyes represents death. An additional symbol is the old man’s heart beat. After the insane man successfully killed the old man he hid his body under the floor boards. However, when the insane man was on the urge to killing the old man he fortunately shrieked so loud that the neighbors heard; then they called the police. Later on the officers rang the doorbell and they checked around his house for anything unusual. Suddenly the insane man heard a loud heart beat inside his mind. It wasn’t his hear beat, it wasn’t the officers, it was the old man’s heart beat who he killed. When the man heard the heart beat, he first ignored it but then he couldn’t stand it anymore so he confessed guilty and was taken away. Thus, the heart beat represented karma of killing the old man, because now that the insane man killed the old man, the old man somehow had revenge on him.
In The Tell Tale Heart, there are numerous well thought and hidden symbols. Edgar Allan Poe used his symbols to make his readers feel the suspense of his story. He wanted his readers to be scared, and he succeeded in this story.

A Justin Bieber Horror
“It’s cold in this theater!” Jessica whispered. While Justin Bieber reaches his arm over her shoulder.
“Yeah, you’re, right.” Justin agrees. “Let’s get out of here!”
Jessica and Justin exited the Majestic Theater and hopped in his Lamborghini Murcielago convertible and accelerated out of the theater’s enormous parking lot. When the smooth ride was over, they ended up on a cliff called Love Rock, where all the teens went for their dates.
“Where are we Justin?” Jessica asked, while Justin gazes out into the stars.
“Oh, were at Love Rock.” Jessica nodded. “The stars are beautiful, just like you.” Justin whispered.
Jessica blushes. “Oh Justin.” Jessica said delighted.
“Oh Jessica, you’re so down to earth.” Justin replied. They both kissed each other.
While they were kissing like the rest of the young couples on Love Rock, they both heard and saw something moving in the bushes. All of a sudden, the rest of the people on love rock rushed out of the parking lot and onto the highway. They knew many people had turned out missing near the area. At first they ignored the noise and went on with their date, but then it began to be a fearsome state. Therefore, like all young boys who don’t have any common sense and want to be the bravest top man, Justin left the car to go “check it out”.
Before he left to go check it out, Justin said, “Jessica, if I’m not back in five minutes… call the cops. Oh, and Jessica, I’ma tell you one time, girl I love you.” Justin whispered.
Justin was now in the bushes where he saw the bushes moving. All of a sudden Justin heard a low and mysterious voice behind him.
“I thought I told you burdens not to come around here anymore!” The mysterious man said, while he held his ax above his head. Justin had tried to fight back, but obviously it wasn’t enough for the 298 pound man. Before he knew it, there Justin was, lying on the floor bleeding all over.
A tear rolled down Jessica’s cheek as she watched Justin disappear into the darkness. Five minutes and three seconds passed while Jessica remembers the good times she and Justin had. Suddenly, Jessica heard the bushes moving assuming that it was Justin.
“Justin! There you are! Thank goodness. I thought I would never see you again!” Jessica said cheerfully.
Then the person in the darkness said in a low mysterious voice, “Oh, you will never see him again. LOL!”
Then Jessica finally saw Justin’s body on the ground near the man, not flinching, nor twitching. However she also saw a glossy ring box that says, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry.
“He went to Jared!” Jessica whispered.
Then a whole crowd of women appeared on the scene.
“He went to Jared?” They gasped.
Then out of nowhere, Justin coughed.
“Heck yeah I went to Jared!”
The mysterious man who was standing next to Justin’s body shouted, “SHUT UP!” and stomped on his neck barbarically. Then the women from the scene disappeared just as fast as they appeared. The only remnants of their existence that they left behind were their tear-stained handkerchiefs from the scene of Justin’s death.
At that moment Jessica was certain that Justin was gone due to the fact that his neck was twisted at an impossible angle. Jessica’s life flashed before her eyes and she knew she had to jump into the driver’s seat and floor it. As usual, she acted late, and there was the murderer approaching her with a limp. When she had the time to, she hopped into the driver’s seat and noticed that the keys were not in the ignition. She remembers Justin taking them out before he left.
So this time Jessica acted fast and lunged out of the driver’s seat. Cautiously looking back at the man and sprinting to Justin’s body lying there motionless. All those years of track paid off. She looked into the left pocket, then the right and found the keys and grabbed the glistening ring box. On the way back sprinting to the car the man stops her in her tracks and attempted to choke her. With the kickboxing skills her current language arts teacher, Mrs. Reagles, taught her, she was able to get out of the choke hold with leaving the man in the dust throbbing with pain.
Jessica got into the car and did a doughnut out of the parking lot and accelerated at 153 miles per hour down the highway. She notified the police weeping in shock. Jessica also, at last, opened the Jared Box. On the inside of the platinum ring it spoke the words “Jessica, the favorite girl in my life, p.s. your so down to earth”, which made her cry even more.
The next day Jessica was questioned by the police. She also had to show the police the ring box that Justin meant to give her; which attracted them like a bunch of little boys with short attention spans to a firefly.
“He went to Jared?” The officers gasped.
“Not that I would know, or anything, because I am a dude you know. FOOTBALL, MONSTERSTRUCKS, WORMS, YEAH!” The manliest officer exclaimed.
“Yup he went to Jared.” Jessica said softly.
The killer was responsible for the deaths of the following: Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West and Taylor Swift. (wink, wink) Well, I guess there will be one more lonely girl.
